Our Mission
Pickleball is growing faster than any sport in America and the world. But pickleball clubs and tournament organizers are still managing their events using spreadsheets, Google Forms, and disconnected tools. It's messy, inefficient, and doesn't scale.
PickLM was built to fix that. We believe every pickleball club — from a neighborhood community center to a professional tournament — should have access to world-class league and tournament management software. Software that's beautiful, simple to use, and powerful enough to scale from 10 players to 10,000.
Our mission is to be the trusted platform for pickleball — the place where clubs organize tournaments, manage memberships, track ratings, and build community. Where organizers focus on the game, not the logistics.
What We Do
Tournament & League Management
PickLM automates the entire tournament lifecycle: create events, set rules, collect entries, auto-generate schedules, track scores, and update standings in real time. We support round robin, ladder leagues, single elimination, and double elimination formats across singles, doubles, and mixed doubles.
Club & Membership Management
Manage your entire club: track members, organize events, set court availability, handle payments, and keep everyone connected through real-time notifications and in-app chat. PickLM scales from 20-person neighborhood clubs to 2,000-person metropolitan clubs.
Player Ratings & Leaderboards
PickLM automatically tracks player ratings based on match performance. Players see their rating progression and leaderboard rank. We integrate with DUPR for official ratings, so club competitions feed into the official pickleball ecosystem.
Court Management & Scheduling
Register your courts and venues. PickLM auto-detects scheduling conflicts, balances court usage across events, and ensures fair allocation. Support for multiple surface types, lighting conditions, and operating hours.
Global & Localized
PickLM is built for the global pickleball community. We support multiple currencies (USD, INR, and others), payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe), and are actively expanding into new markets including India, Southeast Asia, and Europe.
