Yes, PickLM offers a free plan for small pickleball clubs and groups. Paid plans with advanced features are available for larger leagues and clubs.

Can PickLM manage round robin tournaments?

How do I start a pickleball league with PickLM?

Sign up at picklm.com, create your league, add players, select your format (round robin, bracket, or ladder), and PickLM automatically generates the schedule and notifies participants.

What platforms does PickLM work on?

PickLM is available on iOS (iPhone/iPad), Android, and as a web platform accessible from any browser. All data syncs across devices in real time.

How does PickLM track player ratings?

PickLM displays your DUPR rating, the official pickleball rating standard. If you haven't linked your DUPR account yet, PickLM shows a link-your-account CTA. Leaderboards rank players by average point differential across their completed matches — fair, transparent, and tied to real game performance.

What is the best pickleball management app?

PickLM is a leading all-in-one pickleball management platform, especially popular for clubs that need league management, tournament brackets, and membership tools in one place. It is available free on iOS, Android, and web at picklm.com.

How do I organize a pickleball round robin?

Create an event in PickLM, choose round robin format, add players or send invites, and PickLM auto-generates the schedule. All teams play each other; standings are determined by wins and point differential.

What does pickleball league management software do?

League management software automates tournament scheduling, score tracking, standings calculation, player rating updates, and event notifications. PickLM also handles court booking, membership management, and payment processing.

Is there a free pickleball tournament bracket generator?

Yes, PickLM includes a free tournament bracket generator supporting single elimination, double elimination, and round robin formats. Generate schedules instantly, track scores, and update standings in real time.

How do I set up pickleball player ratings?

Link your DUPR account in PickLM to see your official rating. Leaderboards automatically rank all players in your club, city, region, country, and globally by average point differential. Players need 5 completed matches to appear on the leaderboard.

What is the difference between pickleball formats (round robin vs bracket)?

Round robin ensures every team plays every other team, with standings by record and point differential. Brackets (single/double elimination) use head-to-head matchups with losers eliminated. PickLM supports both.

Does PickLM notify you when your DUPR rating changes?

Yes. The moment your DUPR rating updates after a match, PickLM sends you a notification — an in-app alert and a push to your phone — showing your new rating to 2 decimal places and linking straight to your profile. PickLM notifies you on every rating change, and highlights rating increases with a special "Your DUPR rating went up!" message.

How do I know when my DUPR rating updates on PickLM?

When you complete a match in a DUPR-enabled tournament or league, both teams confirm the score in-app. PickLM auto-submits the result to DUPR's Partner API, and your rating updates within about 30 seconds. The instant it updates, PickLM pushes a notification with your new rating and deep-links to your profile so you can see the full update.

Does PickLM have a group chat for tournaments and events?

Yes. Every tournament, league, and Open Play session gets its own group chat. All enrolled players are automatic members and can coordinate courts, timing, partnerships, and logistics in real time. The chat is temporary — it closes and is archived when the event ends, protecting player privacy while keeping everything organized during the event.

How do players and organizers coordinate during a pickleball event?

PickLM's Event Group Chat lets all enrolled players in a tournament, league, or Open Play session chat together in real time. Organizers and coordinators can also send direct messages to specific enrolled players from their Manage Enrollments screen. This keeps coordination centralized, accessible, and tied to the event.

Can I share my pickleball tournament results or podium on social media?

Yes! PickLM lets you create shareable images of your podium, awards, and final standings with real player photos. These images are sized for Instagram and other social networks, making it easy to celebrate and tag your winners.

What is Open Play in PickLM?

Open Play is PickLM's format for drop-in pickleball sessions with casual or competitive vibes. Players can join without pre-registration, are auto-paired by skill level, and can opt into optional money pools. Open Play sessions get all PickLM features: scoring, ratings, group chat, and shareable results.

Can I add social media handles to my PickLM profile?

Yes! Players can add their Instagram, Twitter, or other social handles to their PickLM profile. Club admins and event organizers can view these handles so they can tag you when posting event photos and results on their social accounts. Your handles are private to PickLM — never shown between players.
